Many Premier League footballers took the plunge at town’s brine baths while their injuries were being treated at the adjoining Droitwich Knee Clinic. 

It is believed Liverpool and England striker Robbie Fowler was among them.

The oldest specialised knee clinic in the country, it’s now based in Bromsgrove, yet retains its ‘Droitwich’ moniker.
