The attractive cottage displaying ‘Salt King’ John Corbett’s raven on the corner of Crutch Lane and Bromsgrove Road was once Droitwich’s very own Ye Olde Curiosity Shoppe.

It proved popular with visitors to the brine baths (see ‘Spa’), selling antiques, gifts and souvenirs of their stays. With the decline of the tourist trade the building reverted to domestic use.
